Steps to Application

Please review the following steps:

Initial Housing Qualification:

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Client preference of english speaking.
Client should have funding for housing ready.
Clients must be free of additions - testing required.
Housing available for Women and Women with Children, no adult males are allowed in the program or onsite.

Invitation to Interview:

Client will discuss with team the housing needs.
Client will discuss housing costs.
Client will discuss with the team what lead them to homelessness and what the road to rebuilding their future looks like.
House rules and regulations will be discussed with Client.

Approval and Move-In Date

If approval is given, Client will be given their move-in date.
Client will meet with the team and sign the contracts for acceptance into the house.
Any drug and alcohol testing will be done before move in and anytime randomly after.
Sleeping situation will be assigned based upon need and available bed options.
